Customers can cancel their order or requested services within 24 hours.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

It takes 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Digital Products (Exam Simulator, Recorded Courses, Bundles)

No cancellations or refunds are available for digital products (including exam simulators, recorded courses, and bundles) once access is granted, as they are available for immediate use.

How to Request a Cancellation

1. Email support@helpempowerment.com with:
   • Your full name and order/invoice number
   • Course/product name and purchase date
   • A brief reason for your request
2. You will receive an acknowledgment and a case number within 24 business hours.
3. In some cases, we may contact you to discuss alternatives or better understand your needs.
